3.60 Version Spoofer v1.1 Released

Who knows how long this'll work for... So until Sony flips the switch, here's to spoofing firmware 3.60 on 3.55 (3.55 only!) and getting back on PSN. *Cling* 3.60 Version Spoofer does not use the same PS3ITA CFW patch -- no new custom firmware, no fuckPsn and no PC required -- just this pkg, that's it, that's all. 3.60 Version Spoofer will remain active until it is uninstalled. lmao... EVERYTIME SONY releases a update they open up the dns trick for some reason for around a week then they close it.. thats why people are getting on right now.. in about a week SONY will close the dns trick and well have nothing to get on psn with.. unless fuckpsn 0.6 still works for 3.60 or a new version comes out.. i hope so cuz if we get access on 3.55 i dnt think sony will release another FW for a while. So well be on top for quite awhile

i have the feeling that sony only allowes these tricks to get figures of hacked ps3's and their data. i mean: why would they allow it each time if they know about it? my gut tells me that they are collecting names, ip's, accounts and other stuff and will eventually wipe a few thousand maybe even more hackers off the net for good.

which in my opinion is a good thing if those persons in case are cheating online. but if they aren't why would sony be bothered? (besides piracy obviously) they are not screwing with PSN and other peoples experience in that case right?

Really don't know if this is possible, but seeing as though 3.60 just came out, the DNS Bypass Trick should be running, right? So is it possible to set your COMPUTER to the first DNS, and have f***PSN running on that same same computer? So you'd then set your PS3 DNS to your computer. That way you can get on PSN without a "hack" so to say, using f***PSN as a console I'd spoofer. Just me thinking.

The reason they allow the "DNS trick" is because some people are forced to use a proxy. Some proxies cache what they download, so they will keep an old version of the updatelist.txt. If Sony forced 3.60 right away, these people would be unable to connect. It would say "a firmware update is required" and you'd click ok, and then it would say "no new firmware." Sony is just making sure people using a proxy can still connect until their proxy's cache is flushed and the new updatelist.txt is downloaded. Theres no "dirty tricks" to see how many people are on CFW.

after I installed this, multiman gave me an error that it could not enable bd emulation. I uninstalled it, and multiman was working again. so i re-installed it and it froze upon installation. now when I reboot, I get no screen. am I bricked?

ok I got into recovery mode and did a system restore and now its working again. I wonder if I installed the wrong version spoofer.

there is these files:
3.60_Version_Spoo fer_v1.1.geohot.pkg
3.60_Version_Spoo fer_v1.1.pkg

I installed the one w/ the geohot tag. I have kmeaw FW installed but from what I understood is that its based off of the geoho FW so thats what I normally choose and it works. Im going to try the other one this time.

try just flashing back to 3.55 kmeaw or ps3ita cfw and then deleting the spoofer, stops your ps3 locking up and multiman works again, im guessing that the spoofer is that good at spoofing even multiman thinks im on 3.60

comfirmed by me do not use 3.60 spoofer if you have ps3ita cfw it stops multiman and rogero from working correctly and if u uninstalled the spoofer you will need to install ps3ita again on your ps3 cuz it will ask u system update but ps3ita works without dns trick, no dns settings, straight on psn but ima keep da spoofer just in case cuz ya neva know

You need to uninstall the spoofer then go into MultiMan and use the internal update console to download MultiMan version 1.16.08 and install it before reinstalling the spoofer. Versions 1.16.07 and below are not compatible with the 3.60 spoofer and as of right now I couldn't find anywhere else to download 1.16.08.

Confirm working on CFW waninkoko V2 and last multiman , though it looks as this 3.60 spoof it is like using DNS masq method only.
I have try it myself only using DNS masq with a router and can get on PSN.
I also try DNS masq plus charles to change header to 3.60 or FuckPSN 0.6 to change header to 3.60 ( on linux using ruby) but the result the same can not get to PSN .

Conclusions =
Sony disable the Man in the middle attack SSL (charles & FuckPSN), But further testing require with other certificates." Can not hide our console ID"

Sony maybe may send us a another email or ban us for good within a week.

First install CFWITA and if the BDEMU thing keeps comin' up,

just download BDEMU-355KM.pkg, which can be found on the first link that comes up on google :)

Great program while it lasted. I was online last night until this morning, I couldn't get it to work.

It keeps saying "An error occured. You have been signed out of the Playstation Network" along with an error code.

The PS3 browser works, just not PSN

Works for me dude,at the first time.I installed multiman 1.16.008 first then i installed this spoofer and it works gr8 no need for fckpsn or cfwita.Im using Kmeaw cfw.

i had that same prob too this is what u do.
1. put your ps3 on stand by mode
2. switch on the ps3 an keep holding the power button till it goes back to standby mode this happens after 3 beeps
3. This time u have to listen to the beeps forget the screen, now switch the ps3 on again after the 1'st and 2nd beep wit interval of like 3sec u'll hear a 3rd and 4th wit intervals less than a second now release the power button
4. plug in your pad and press the ps button your pad should connect to your ps3 do not press any button after this and if your pad do not register restart option 1-3 again till u get it right
5. now plug in your usb drive with your custom FW
6. with your pad connected to your console press your scroll down button 6times but to be sure u can press from 8 times up
7. after that press your x button to select once
8. now hold your start and select button continuously until your ps3 hdd indicator starts to blink
after that you just have to wait and let the console do the rest .

hope it helps i know it sounds crazy but it does work but make sure u dont miss a single step cuz ull have to start over

when i try to start a GAME ( Im registeret also in PSN) i shows me that it want to update and then i see at the corner version 1.01 when i press O i starts the game but i cant play online if i press Cross i starts to update what must I do ? do I need to update ?

I instaled the spoofer and waited about 1-2 minutes..then rebooted and all works great...not needed to instal after reboot lv9 patcher or bdemu.pkg..
Multiman works great....

it worked great!! I used it on my kmeaw 3.55 slim 320gb move bundle ps3. The only issue is that I'm not able to access netflix. previously i had the old version of netflix which required the netflix disc but now i was able to download the new version. After installing it required a software update 2.02 (i think) or else netflix wont work. So i did it but still wont work. I got the 8001000XX error and netflix wont open. any one knows a solution??

I have a 120gb Japanese slim with Kmeaw 3.55, I installed the non-geohot version, I opened the program, I guess it installed automatically because I didn't press anything even though it asked me to press Cross to install and Circle to uninstall. It then told me to reboot (turn off then on in other words,) I then went to network settings and reset network settings to new, and it connected instantly.

i wanted the new rosters for madden and it wont connect to ea servers.
it will connect to psn.

I'm a little frustrated, i'm one of the many with the video problem slight brick when installing this, I ended up getting to the recovery menu finally, formated my HDD in the process which I'm not peturbed and mad about cause I now have lost everything including my save data thinking this was the problem as to why it wasn't picking up any of the firmware update I had put on my USB drive once I got to the recovery menu.

I've tried multiple usb drive, I've even tried to rebuild data base, and it says HDD cannot be access. I greatly need assistance here, It seems like from the moment I added wanikoko's v2 firmware certain things wasn't working right, couldn't even install some of my .pkgs literally I've had successes even ones spoofed for that firmware work about 10%

guys thanx alot :) and you'v go only to install the spoof for 3.60 and to be on CFW 3.55 then log in to PSN and if you try to start game and it wants to update to version like 1.02or something startring with 1.0... just press X and then PLAY !!!!!!!!! the people they create this spoofer are realle clever ;) :)!

hi all i install 3.60 Version Spoofer and it works great my backup mangers and games work fine up to now the ones ive tested (YES SONY MY GAMES I PAY 4) but when i look at my firmware it say 3.60 its still jailbroke will this brick my console when installing new PKG file

I've tried with no luck. I have a USA 60Gb Full BC with Kmeaw 3.55 and when i try it gives me an error : Status: version.txt install FAILED

Tried re-flashing Kmeaw and trying again but with the same result. Any tip?

this shit semi bricked my ps3. Put in recovery mode installed OFW 3.55 then put in recovery mode again and install CFW 3.55. to get online to play games that require
3.60 OFW use a fix for the game and fukpsn. it works for me
