The Spoofing Options Now That 4.20 Is Out

With firmware 4.20 released, you would expect that the tools such as REBUG's spoofer or fuckPSN would stop working. That's somewhat true. FuckPSN still works but it requires the use of a computer to work. If using a computer isn't feasible for you, then keep reading.
The PS3ITA team has released a new tool called PSON. The good part is that it'll get you back online. The bad part is that it only works with a clean install of any 3.55 custom firmware. (With the exception being True Blue and Cobra's) The installation looks pretty simple:
- Make sure your custom firmware installed 3:55 has no SPOOF! It 's very important.
- Download and install on your PS3 on our pkg: (x Ver CFW_Geohot)
- Launch the pkg, you'll see the flashing yellow LED console (do not worry it is not a YLOD), after about 2 seconds will reboot the PS3.
- Log in peace (so to speak .. attentive to possible BAN) to the NDP.
This has been confirmed working with a clean install of the Kmeaw firmware, while causing a RSOD on the REBUG firmware. If you guys want to try this out, you do so at your risk. Report back on whether it works for you or not.

I have tested PSON from PS3ITA team on Rogero CFW v3.2 and rebug cfw 3.55.2 in both I got RSOD.
After that I installed Kmeaw on this one PSN worked fine.

Tested twice using this method on rebug and gave me the RSOD. If you try and get a RSOD, then just go into Recovery Mode then install OFW 3.55 then your CFW. To restore your system.

previously,i used rebug cfw the i changed to kmeaw plus ps3on from ps3ita,and now it's working just for a few old games i can play multiplayer like FARCRY 2,MODERN WARFARE 1,SEGA AND SONIC ALLSTAR RACING, for BLACK OPS u need to update firmware to 3.60 and it can't be played via psn only LAN party!

using F***psn on kmeaw 3.55cfw.. playing online with TEKKEN 6.. If you are getting a DNS error, manually change the DNS..
1. LINUX: check your ipaddress.. in terminal type "ifconfig"
WINDOWS: same in command prompt tye "ipconfig"
2. In PS3 set up your network auto except for DNS.. there manually chance it by using DNS1 "YOUR IP address on your PC",
and DNS2 use 8,8,4,4 on your PS3
