Good News. Omni Emulator Released

After the fun April Fools day is over we can finally start looking at releases as being legit again and the Devs opium2k, Maister and Squarepusher have delivered one awesome emulator. SSNES 0.9.5 is well, just about every system in one.  It emulates NES, GB/GBC/GBA. SMS, GG, Genesis, and the FBA emulator. Also using selectable cores from other emulators has created a Frankenstein that will promise the best end user experience. So give it a try and let us know what you think in the comment block below.

Due to be released within the next day or two is version 0.9.5 of SSNES as well as the initial release of the PS3 and 360 ports. SSNES is a multi-platform, multi-system emulator with ports being worked on for PC, OSX, PS3, 360 and a few more I believe.

As I said, it's a multi-system emulator. Don't let the name fool you, it's not just for SNES games! It currently supports games from systems such as NES, SNES, GB, GBC, GBA, SMS, GG, Genesis & FBA using selectable cores from various emulators to ensure the best compatibility, accuracy and performance for the end user.
