flatz Releases eEID_RKDumper: Get 2 DEX Easier

The CEX2DEX goodies continue to roll in, making the process of converting a console much more easier. flatz adds to the list of tools with his eEID_RKDumper tool.
With flatz's tool, this eliminates the need to have OtherOS++ installed on your PS3, to obtain the eEID root key. This tool which gets installed on your PS3, will do it all of that for you, hence the name given to it. Usage is pretty straightforward.
Installation Instructions:
- Install package and run it
- It will then black screen (no GUI) and restart the console automatically
- FTP (other otherwise) retrieve your eid_root_key / PCK1 from /dev_hdd0/tmp/eid_root_key

can i use this on my slim with firmaware 4.21? I constantly update for online play that's how I get to 4.21.

So once I have the root key,what do I do with it?

I used this app and filzilla to get the root key and downloade it to my laptop, I then used CEX2DEX.exe to cex2 dex and Im left with a bin file. How do I make a flashable update pup for my ps3?
