Rebug One CFW Arch Custom Firmware Released

You probably looked at the title of this firmware and gave a "WTF" face as I did. There's no need to as that is actually the proper name for this custom firmware release. The team that goes by the name of SPT/ARCH has released their own unofficial build of the REBUG firmwares with a few added things.
The most notable changes are the dynamic theme dubbed Rebug_One, a new coldboot setup and prepatched Remote Play and Cinavia files to save you the headache in the long run. Other additions include a new Homebrew Channel category which comes with its own package manager, "Compatible menu QA_Flag", "Compatibility Thurs PSX (PS1)" and "Patched NO_Check", whatever each of those three things may mean.
The tutorial is a bit unclear so I'll leave that to your own interpretation:
- Download and unzip the CFW ARCH Rebug_One archive (above)
- Copy / paste the file "PS3" and package "Update_Package_0.6.pkg" provided in the archive file on a USB drive formatted as fat32.
- Turn on your PS3 and make sure there are no RO Thurs DVD in your drive, then connect the USB to the console.
- Go to the Settings menu then system update => Update via Storage Media => then follow the instructions on the screen.
- After installing the update, go in the "GAME" or "the homebrew channel" menu of the console then "package manager => Install_package_files => Standard rental package and install the package" Update_Package_0.6.pkg "(just put it on and do X)
- In the "GAME" menu ps3, you should see the icon for the package "Update_Package_0.6.pkg" newly installed, launched, wait, then make ROUND as you will be asked once the operation finished.

yes it in fact has a homebrew channel catorgory and it it not only has one but to instantces of install package files why to you ask i personally was wondering that myself

this is for 3.55 ofw install over it through recovery menu the only real difference that i see is like i said the two instances of install package files and a different coldboot then rebug 3.55.2 and a few others such as some pkgs that are in where if you were to install the rebug they put a pkg pack in the hdd none of which i use and some of them need otheros which makes you wonder why they would do this being that they are not supported by this fw
