PS3 Headsets And 4.20 - Time For Fixes!

The PS3 is obviously expected to have its fair share of announcements coming up in E3.  In the ways of some early official announcements or leaks, the PS3 is getting some kickass preipheral upgrades in the coming months.

The Pulse Wireless Stereo Headset Elite is the latest in PS3/PS Vita peripherals, and the video below has two somewhat clueless ladies talking out some well rehearsed details on the headset.

The headset from what I gather will use the same wireless dongle system as the first PS3 stereo headset, but it also has a built in 3.5mm audio jack, for use on iPods and more importantly, the PS Vita. A new concept called BassImpact turns bass into pulses around the outside of the headset, making your gaming all the more immersive, and the 7.1 surround sound and on screen status notifications make the headset all the more professional and well made.

As well as a nice hidden microphone, this headset looks like a damn nice addition to anyone's PS3 collection.

I know this isn't "scene news", but with this headset coming out, 4.20 OFW will be partnered with its release.  Hopefully the issues of voice relay with the current PS3 stereo headset are fixed in the update, and if KaKaRoToKs is still working away, his CFW still works on the update!
