French developer raymanvtwo over at ps-addict.fr has released a tutorial that claims possible installation of Rebug CFW 4.21.1 on any PS3, that is with the aid of a hardware flasher.

While we have been reporting all kinds of 4.x firmware releases over the past couple of weeks, that certainly hasn't stopped all developers from trying to find their own way to fill the gap. Thanks to this new release, we now have yet another stable way to experience Sony's latest firmware.
