ermaC Drops The v1.3 Update To His 4.30 CFW

If you picked up ermaC's 4.30 CFW v1.2 recently, then you will be getting back on the update flow as ermaC has released a new version of his custom firmware. With this release, ermaC touts this firmware as being the most stable, compared to the other 4.30 custom firmwares available. Here's the changelog for the new release:

 

  • More Stable than any other 4.30 CFW out there (Tested with numerous PS3, slim and phat models)
  • Can run games with the latest updates signed with Keys up to 4.30 without any patching needed
  • PSN enabled
  • Cinavia protection disabled
  • No "Demo Mode", XMB fully optimized so you can have the best performance with your console

No, I believe that consoles are banned by ID / Mac Address.

Im on 1.2,started up NFS Most Wanted and got YLOD right at the beginning.So I tried COD Black Ops 2 and got the same.Im not saying it was this CFW but I'm wondering because it's only come about since I installed this CFW.I did however recover from a 'brick' using a PSP,could this mean my NAND flash was unstable before I installed this CFW? I reverted back to 3.55 OFW through recovery etc before I installed this.Im not a noob and I had previously had this ps3 running 'DEX' before the recent breakthroughs convinced me to return to CEX which resulted in my 'Brick' despite me recovering from it do you think my system was always going to YLOD after these initial setbacks or is it simply a heat issue that's given me soldering issues? Any advice/help is very much appreciated.

SOME PROBLEM I INSTALL THIS CFW AFTER THAT ANY APP I RUN MULTIMAN OR ANYTHING GIVE ME ERROR CANT RUN ANYTHING .ALSO I CANT REUPDATE IT TI SAYS Corrupted Data Update ErrorPLZ HELP ME

It installs on my slim problems after tho keeps crahing had to recover ps3 4 time plus had to formart hdd once to avoid 1.3 needs loads of bugs aorting thinking about downgrade
