REBUG CFW 3.41.3 and 3.55.2 Released

The REBUG team has released a new version of their custom firmware: REBUG 3.41.3 and 3.55.2. Also released is REBUG OtherOS++ with the ability to "QA Flag" from GameOS. What's new in REBUG CFW 3.41.3 and 3.55.2? All this:

UPDATED – Rebug Selector 1.5
UPDATED – 3.66 Version Spoofer files
UPDATED – Package Manager file path tweaks
ADDED – LV1: Peek and Poke support (gitbrew.org)
ADDED - LV2: Peek and Poke support for LV1 (3.55.2 ONLY) (gitbrew.org)
ADDED - LV2: LV1 CALL System call (3.55.2 ONLY) (gitbrew.org)
FIXED – Black Screen issue on certain PS3 titles
(Uncharted 2 and some other games would not load from Disc or HDD)
FIXED – MINIS Black Screen issue
FIXED – QA Token compatibility
FEATURE – NO Button Combo QA Menu when in DEBUG XMB
(?Debug Settings – Menu 1. Requires QA Token for some features)
FEATURE – Fake Save Data Owner
(Use Game Saves from ANY Owner)
FEATURE – Lock/Unlock Trophies
FEATURE – Cinavia protection disabled
FEATURE – Debug for HDD Exchange Utility
(Clone your HDD straight to USB HDD, NO QA Token needed)

PSN remains inaccessible, so don't think unlocking your trophies will sync up earning you legitimate bragging rights ... do not pass go, do not collect $200. REBUG OtherOS++ gives you all the REBUG CFW features plus those of gitbrew's OtherOS++. 22GB will be partitioned and used for OtherOS. Also provided is a TCL task file for PS3MFW, so you can build your own REBUG OtherOS++ PUP. any thoughts on this idea? i'm updating my ps3 tomorrow to try a sync the trophies unlocked by rebug, on a different subject you know charles when we renamed the certificate file to 24.cer can that be renamed to something different like x1.cer or make it read only or something then hopefully when i update to 3.66 it wont get overwriten, then i would still have access to the features in charles on 3.66 firmware, read the new playstation x-platform-password key post it online then you could modify the old one using charles and sign back in on 3.55 firmware? yeah.

i beleive that it will, unlike the other method using the hex editor this seems to actually unlock them, like i said before i left one locked on purpose then earned it in game and and after it unlocked the platinum showed up automatically,

you have to 1st download 3.55.2 os rebug not 3.55.2 rebug.they have put 2 out.

and then follow the steps over at gitbrew.

i've renamed the charles certificate from CA24.cer to x1.cer and its still working as expected now i'm thinking when i update to 3.66 official firmware to sync my unlocked rebug trophies hopefully the update wont overwirte or delete the certificate and i will have access to charles on 3.66 and read the new x-platform-passphrase? yeah.

will i have to format my hard drive i am on kmeaw 3.55
as it as all my games on and if i copy my ps3 hard drive with all my games
on it will it be ok to restore it all back with this firmware

My ps3 phat 80gb after installing new rebug over rebug 1 totally restarted in recovery and had to reinstall ofw to get it to work again now i have found my way back to kmeaw because rebug 1 is no longer dl'able and i have tried 4 times with rebug 2 everythime resulting in recovery and reinstallation...

any help would greatly be appreciated!!!

i'm on the final stages now, just unlocking them all, its taken three days to load the trophies up becuase i've got hundreds of games, so i hope it will be worth the time :-/

before installing rebug 3.55.2 I had kmeaw cfw and now I have a little problem my Ps3 still asking me to Firmware 3.55. All Games not working - multiman 2.0.10 Ps3 is reseting. On 3.55 kmeaw cfw was all good ... any ideas

This works great. I updated from Kmeaw 3.55 CFW. I always had trouble with it, but REBUG seems to work great.

The more people asking for CFW 3.66, the LESS likely it will come.

CFW will come when it comes, IF it comes. The hackers are still hacking, they just aren't publicly releasing any info. Part of it is because Sony is sending hackers to jail, but mostly because they get annoyed with people who want a free handout without putting in any of the work.

Rebug 3.55.2 had a glitch. When quitting an app, like multiman, the PS3 would crash, and reset into recovery mode, telling you that the firmware needed to be re-installed.

no, theres no error. or anything it must just unlock them locally i can still see them unlocked but when i compare with my friends its just the same when i synced the trophes on my other ps3 running 3.66 it showed up the new trophies but at 0% other trophies which i earned poperly in game synced fine.

Hi, I hacked my ps3 ages ago.. it is running version 3.55. I am missing killing peeps on COD so much. is there any way of reverting it back to normal or is there a new update that allows onl ine play without rendering my ps3 into a BRICK.

right 1st thing to do is put it back to ofw 3.55

take all ur homebruw off then update to 3.66.
but once you have done this you cant come back.
so think about it.see if you cant get a good cheep one off ebay if its just for cod.hoped this helped.

yes it can. my ps3 is first launch 60 gig with 256 nand. i was on rebug but i noticed some games just dont load so i went back to kmeaw and they work again. hopefully they fix this problem....even the patch update for rebug doesnt fix them all

What I dont understand is following:

If Math and others really have the 3.6 keys, why don't the go to a internet cafe and just publish them online. It would be totally anonymous. So why are they bithcing around and scared of being punished. It just doesn't make sense to me.

I am actually quite reserved when it comes to updating, I am worried that once I hit update the security features won't be entirely covered for and I don't want to risk that. There's a reason why I always keep an active antispyware on my computer...
