Yash Savani has hacked his radio controlled car to allow him to control it using a PlayStation 3 Dualshock controller. In a video posted on YouTube he showcases his hack using a PlayStation 3 controller sending commands via Bluetooth to his computer that in turn sends the commands to the Arduino transmitter and receiver via radio frequency to the RC car. Not bad kid and what a great hack!
Here are some details from code.google.com...
In this project I have provided the necessary code to control an RC Car using a standard Sixaxis, Dualshock 3, PS3 controller. If you haven't already make sure you see the tutorial on how to get started at http://youtu.be/KO11kluoHMs.
The PS3 controller communicates with the computer using Bluetooth. The Processing code running on the computer, hacks this Bluetooth connection using the procontroll library (http://creativecomputing.cc/p5libs/procontroll/index.htm). The data from the BT connection is then processed and the processed data is sent via a serial USB using the UART protocol to an Arduino. This Arduino is the base transmitter.
You can catch the rest via the source below and be sure to check out the video here.

All that this so called hack does, Is use a motionjoy PC recieve a PS3 controller input, convert it to data sent through a program to a servo which sends the signal to the rc car.
Unimpressive. Not even hard to do.
