Grab Your Tool Box. PS3 Tools Collection 2.0.68 Released

Aldo, the developer behind the scene famous PS3 Tools Collection has made another release. This update brings changes to three of the tools, since the last time we've covered the collection. Of the 28+ tools, the three that will be making the spotlight this time around are PKG ContentID, Create PS3_EXTRA and the PARAM.SFO editor. You know the deal, so let's check it all out:

 

PKG ContentID 2.0.7

  • Fixed issue repacking C00 games. PKG info now show required firmware and version found in the header.

 

Create PS3_EXTRA 1.2

  • Now shows a summary of the existing items in PS3_EXTRA folders and number of new items to be added.

 

PARAM.SFO editor 2.8.1

  • Fixed a critical bug introduced in 2.8.0 (thanks Jay-Jay for the bug report)
