ISO Loading on the PS Vita a Possibility?

It's true that we have said many many times on this site that the recent loaders emerging for the PS Vita do not have the ability to run full game ISOs on the console. Supposedly this is true of bith the ever-popular VHBL as well as the supposed UV Loader as well. However, according to the folks over at Wololo, this does not mean that such a program can't be constructed by reverse engineering other tools that already exist.

 

In terms of what those other tools might be, recent reports show a version of yMenu being used to boot into a full working copy of Crisis Core. While yMenu itself is a popular program often used alongside VHBL to load homebrew, the developers of the loader would like to again forcibly remind users that this is absolutely technically  impossible. So how does this video exist then? The answer lies in the fact that yMenu in itself is an open source program. That means that while VHBL has found many uses for it, there is the very open possibility that another exploit could be responsible for running the illicit loader. Just so we can clear Neur0n's name and preserve his honesty to the scene, let it be known that the video found at the source link does indeed have nothing to do with his VHBL. However that doesn't mean such activity is impossible on the system. Be careful ISO chatters, we will be on guard!
