Wanna Know What To Expect From The Next VHBL?

I know there are some people out there who are patiently waiting for the next version of VHBL and yet again I managed to get you some more info about what to expect from it. I bet that got your attention otherwise you wouldnt still be reading this would you...Ok lets get back to the topic at hand. After speaking to one of the developers working on the next version of VHBL I have learned a little somewhat disappointing bit of news for some Vita owners.
As most of you know VHBL takes advantage of a vulnerability in different games to load a homebrew loader through the PSP emulator in the Vita. The problem that comes from this is that not all games are compatible with the emulator and doesnt allow for the homebrew loader to function properly so it limits the available game exploits considerably. Now the big effect this has is that not all the games are available in all regions of the PSN. This is one of those games, the next version of VHBL will not be available in North America.
Now there is still no release date for this version of VHBL but I can assure you that there is a lot of work going on to try and find an exploit that will be available to more people. There are a lot of possible exploits that still need to be investigated but this takes time and I would like to remind you all that the developers have lives to live and pushing them for releases could have less than favorable results. ive waited this long, i can wait a bit longer. sucks its not available in us store though

It seems the US get shafted a lot these days. There are plenty of game from different consoles that get released in EUR and JAP but not US. It took more than THREE years for Nintendo to bring the Wii version of Pikmin 2 to the US when it was already in EUR and JAP regions back in '09. They could have made a lot more money if it was released to the US in '09 as the game would have been solde for $30 instead of the now $20. One of my friends bought a JAP 360 so he can play JAP only 360 games. Don't even get me started on how they butcher the US version of games with loads of censoring. Hopefully they will find a game that is in all 3 regions or a exploit in the Vita kernel itself. My Vita is still sitting in a box at GameStop with my name on it so it won't get sold. It's been there since launch so I know it hasn't been updated yet.

You think you get shafted in US? try geing a gamer in Australia...not only do we pay stupid high costs for games and consoles (100-120 bux for a AAA title game for PS3/360...and remember the Aussie dollar is trading higher than USD so we are paying even MORE)...but on top of ripoff prices and long delays on game releases, but then we have our retarded government banning games. One of the reasons i got my Vita was for the inevitable GTA game, and Mortal Kombat...what does the government do? THEY TOTALLY BANNED THE NEW MORTAL KOMBAT FROM AUSTRALIA!!!, yes they completely banned it, now if I still want the game i gotta import a region free version from Japan! I remember back when Manhunt 2 was gunna come out, WRONG! They banned that also! Im surprised they let GTA3 for PS2 be released here...oh but mind you after being our for a few months they pulled it from shelves and added a bunch of censors to it...and totally stripping out thye ability to pickup hookers! I HATE this country!
