Vita HBL Update for Everybody's Tennis

As if the Vita community didn't have enough to be excited about after the announcement of HBL on firmware 1.67.  Developer wth has released an update to his Everybody's Tennis HBL (EU store). The update doesn't improve the compatibility of homebrew but but will allow it to work independent of the language of your console.  That's right no more need to switch to French or Spanish. Although there's no compatibility improvement I'm sure this will be a welcomed improvement to this HBL.
