Apple releases something that isn't an iOS update. In between all of that, they have released iTunes 11.0.2. This particular update aims at improving functionality and handling the bugs of course. 11.0.2 introduces a "Composers" view for your music, has increased responsiveness when handling playlists as well as pushes a bugfix that addresses the issue, where purchases will not appear in iTunes. If you experienced one or more of these issues, then you should get to downloading the new update.

Like the iOS firmwares, Apple is taking the time to fine tune their media player, if you use it to manage your iDevices and/or your music library. You can get on the 11.0.2 update by fetching it via iTunes or by manually downloading and installing it below.
