Are We Getting A Larger iPhone?

For all of you iPod touch fans, it would appear that the next generation of the iPod Touch will be getting at least 1 BIG change to more closely resemble the upcoming iPhone.

Macrumors managed to get their hands on leaked photos of what should be the next iPod touch. The source that had leaked the pictures said that the front panel is 4.1 inches diagonally. The actual screen size seems to have increased a good bit, with the same source claiming that the screen / display is 3.95inches diagonally. This fits in perfectly with the current rumors that say the screen on the iPhone 5 will be 3.95+.

From looking at the picture they would need to make the iPhone and iPod a little bit wider to compensate for the length of the device. Maybe it's just me.

This particular leak doesn't give away too much info about the next iDevices except the length. It does prove that Apple will be keeping a separate home button rather than a touch home button. However, it is still very much in the dark about the design overhaul that the device will be receiving. Will it be an all-in-one design or antennae round the border like the iPhone 4 / 4s?

Another rumor is that Apple will be using at least a 10 Megapixel camera in the next upcoming iPhone. So there's a high chance that we will see it used in this as well.

Just a suggestion, but could they somehow keep the Front panel of the iPhone / iPod the same size and move the home button lower and speaker a little higher, or something like that? That would save the iPhone / iPod from being bigger as it would just appear bigger and get a larger screen at the same time.
