Is This The New iPhone?

I'm very weary of it actually being the real thing. We've seen the pictures of the casing among other things, so lets take a look at what adds up with this leak...
These photos of the latest peek at the next gen iPhone come from an ex employee of the Neowin website. Where is he? In a mall! I thought this was nonsense until i read on. He confirmed that the iPhone "is not a working device, but a "non functional replica prototype""
As I say, the casing in this seems legit enough. Time and time again from completely different sources we have seen this same elongated, two tone, aluminum back casing. As for the front, well again we have seen this before in other leaks. We have the camera centered above the earpiece.
The bottom has that nice looking speaker holes and smaller 'better looking' power jack. (I'm still hating the headphone jack on the bottom).
What is it though? Did he build it himself? It's a non functional replica prototype? Is that a stuck on picture of a firmware (looks like 3.1.2 or something?) The home button looks rather dodgy. Here's the pics:
I STILL don't like the look of this phone. With exception, of course, to the underneath....it looks good. Real industrial like. What's your opinion?

It will look LIKE that, but not exactly... The screen's fake,the home button is too small, the body is misproportionat e andthe camera is misplaced but the speakers and the back cover are likely.

Yeah, I notice the top right corner of the phone in the front facing pic seems to just jump out and have notch for some reason.

That is absolutely a fake. Why even post this? Look at the home button, that isn't even apples logo.

That is absolutely a fake. Quality of the display isn't retina, the logo for "Maps' is not the logo used in iOS6, the headphone jack isn't centered with the frame of the phone, the sides stick out oddly. This is obviously a cheap quality china built replica. Why even post this? -_-
P.S. Didn't read the part that it is non-functional but this is definitely not an Apple prototype, hands down,

1) the size of the square in the Home button is irreqular for apple and lets not get into the details of its shape and colour difference since it is supposed to be a new model
2) The screen looks bigger but if not functional they would have the icons descriptions in chinese? (no offence) and
3) maybe im wrong again due to the prespective view of the picture but i think it wouldn't fit another row of icons below.
4) flash light colour yellow? and so distinctive?
. Im not the one to follow these but it just doesn't seem so legit to me. Maybe im wrong..
