Tap Translate Will Solve Your Language Woes For Free

In the past few years, we have really seen how far simple translation algorithms have come within most home browsers. Thanks to Google, we can get relatively correct reciting of foreign pages whenever we need them. Really what this does for us, is open up the entire span of the internet for us to utilize without being held back by geographical or language barriers. However, in most cases a lot of that simplicity stops when you start browsing on your iPad or iPhone. Your favorite pages are still there obviously, but understanding them is really an entirely different ball game.

That's where Tap to Translate comes in handy. With this previously ten dollar app, there are two different ways that translation can happen, and lucky for you both of them are really pretty easy. The first and most fool proof way is  to substitute Safari with the program's own integrated browser for when you know you'll be hitting up bilingual pages. With the click of a button a page can be translated from there. However, if you would still like to use Safari, they also give you an option to install a bookmarklet that will enable translation. Just load the page as you normally would, navigate to the bookmark, and after that the page will reload with tapping and full page translation just a click away.

I know this app is pretty academic for a site like this, but what hacker doesn't love totally free stuff?
