Will Rocky Racoon Be Updated?

With the recent release of the updated build of iPhone 4 IOS 5.1.1 from 9B206 to 9B208, the original IOS 5.1.1 untethered jailbreak, Absinthe,  was also updated and soon after ih8snow updated Sn0wBreeze. Well, what about Rocky Racoon?

The Rocky Racoon untether 5.1.1 was just recently updated to version 1.0-2 to give support to those that had updated to the latest iPhone 4 GSM IOS 5.1.1 (build 9B208).

For those who don't know Rocky Racoon, it can be installed via Cydia and gives you an UN-tethered jailbreak on the latest IOS update for the iPhone 4 that I just mentioned.

ih8sn0w clarified the update with a tweet " It just adds the 5.1.1/9B208 iPhone 4 (GSM) untether payload. :)"

 

So if this untethered method applies to you...then get straight on it. I'm sticking with Absinthe.
