The Next BIG Jailbreak Is Coming....How Soon?

So we know the devices that are supported within the next Untethered Jailbreak, and now we have some good information that you won't want to miss about the tool itself.  Is the release coming soon?  Keep reading to find out when you will have the latest jailbreak...

Soon the tool should be made public. Very soon according to pod2g who said "Thanks to awesome work of @planetbeing and @pimskeks, we're near ready for a release. Now it's a matter of days." This indicates to me that they are really just waiting for the Hack In The Box conference to finish or their turn to speak.

There's a little FAQ that was posted by musclenerd highlighting some key goings on between the teams. One of them was Planetbeing the savior of the iPhone 3G[S] and iPod 3rd Gen devices.   He stepped in to offer 2 old exploits that can be used for these devices that will allow untethered.

I'm assuming that, like most jailbreak tools these days, its a point>click>follow onscreen instructions that will leave you jailbroken in about 20 seconds.

And according to Musclenerd, those of you on an A5 Device (iPhone 4s / iPad 2 / iPad3) are probably best saving your shsh's using TinyUmbrella and upgrading to IOS 5.1.1 now, as the Kernal exploits found that will be used in Absinthe / redsn0w are only for IOS 5.1.1 and NOT IOS 5.1. You can do this soon after of course, as some tweaks and so on require updates after a firmware upgrade.

As usual, we are warned that unlockers should be weary and stay clear of this untethered release until ultrasn0w and other tools that allow CFW (Pwnagetool / Sn0wBreeze) are updated.
