p0sixninja No Longer A Chronic Dev Team Member?!

It's sad to lose one of the greater devs / hackers within the community but the time has finally come for Joshua Hill to step down.

Joshua Hill, better known as p0sixninja in the jailbreak community, has today announced that he has left the Chronic Dev Team. Late last night he tweeted that enough was enough but never gave away much about WHY he left the team.

He said on twitter

For those who don't know him, he's one of the main guys that brought you the recent Absinthe 2.0 jailbreak for 5.1.1. Other jailbreaks were Original Absinthe and Greenpois0n along with a crash report tool to help in the search for vulnerabilities.

I reported a couple of days ago that the Chronic Team were getting stressed by the 'claim for money'. And with Joshua's swift departure......it seems, so far, that it was about the arguments. I'm pretty sure that more news will spill out. One of the writers over at idownloadblog will be attending and meeting with p0sixninja so hopefully he has some great questions. Not just regarding the departure, obviously.
