Sn0wbreeze 1.5.1 Released - Jailbreak and Unlock iPhone OS 3.1.3

The iH8sn0w Dev Team have released sn0wbreeze version 1.5.1 to jailbreak and unlock Apple's recently released iPhone OS 3.1.3. Sn0wbreeze allows users to upgrade from a jailbroken iPhone OS 3.1.2 or lower to iPhone OS 3.1.3. We encourage you to carefully read below before attempting to use this application.

sn0wbreeze is a tool for Windows that will jailbreak your iPods and iPhones, setup custom boot logos, activate your iPhone, root partition size, build custom IPSW, and more!

Alright, so it all seems fine and dandy so far but here's the catch: Your iPhone or iPod MUST BE iPhone OS 3.1.2 or lower and it must be jailbroken or pwned prior to using sn0wbreeze. Sn0wbreeze will NOT work if you have already upgraded to iPhone OS 3.1.3. It allows users to upgrade their jailbroken iPhone runing iPhone OS 3.1.2 or lower to jailbroken iPhone OS 3.1.3.
Sn0wbreeze will work with the following devices:

iPhone 3GS (OLD BOOTROM ONLY. If the 4th/5th digits of the serial # are before 40 then you should have the old bootrom. If your current jailbreak is tethered DO NOT try this.)
iPhone 3G
iPhone 2G
iPod Touch 2G (OLD BOOTROM ONLY. If your current jailbreak is tethered you have the new bootrom so stay away and/or If your model # starts with MC you have the new bootrom so stay away!)
iPod Touch 1G

In addition, sn0wbreeze can unlock these following devices:

All iPhone 2G
iPhones with 04.26.08 Baseband
iPhones with 05.11.07 Baseband

The information here is wrong, as far as I can tell.

I tried this on my 3G with baseband version 04.26.08 and it will not unlock!

Still trying to figure out whether something is wrong on my end, but for now, I'd advise anyone with a 3G that needs and unlock to avoid this.

somthing is wrong as if you click advance then click unlock under blacksnow it says if you have 3.1.2 and 05.11.07 not to use snowbreeze as blacksnow doesnt work with 3.1.3

but if snowbreeze doesnt update the baseband then a 3g with 3.1.2 and 05.11.07 unlocked with blacksnow should keep the unlock after using this to update to 3.1.3 so why say not to use it?

am i missing somthing?
also the app has a spelling mistake when started it asks for 3.1.2 instead of 3.1.3

I've upgraded to 3.1.3, but managed to downgrade to 3.1.2.

However, my firmware was not able to downgrade (obviously!). Will I be able to unlock my iphone (3G, 8GB), while i'm on 3.1.2 version, with 5.12..01 firmware?

i dnt know how it worked (ive got iphone 3g firmware 3.1.3 with the new baseband aswel) but i dwnloaded redsnow, done what it askd, gave it firmware 3.1.2 and it jailbroken my iphone :) and it still says firmware 3.1.3 in my settings

for the iphone 3gs 41 works also, my sisters iphone is 41 and is not tethered, but sadly mine is 47 and is tethered

i m using 3.1.3 i want to downgrade when i start downgrading from i tunes i m getting error like ur iphone is illgible something like that i want to know is it possible i can solve this prob? plz if some1 have the solution plz email me the link plz dev team plzzzzzzzz i m worry abt my iphone:( and is it possible i can jailbreak my iphone 3.1.3 05.12.10 plz email me

Yes. you can. Please go to http://www.spiritjb.com/ and download it. then run after finish you can have your iphone jailbreak but not unlock. good luck.
