Cydias Facebook Live Widgets Allows Easy Access to Your Timeline

Submitted by Christopher Groux; August 09, 2012

Regardless if you love iOS widgets or despise them, there is an interesting one that landed on Cydia yesterday that you should all take note of.

Formally known as Facebook Widgets, this little program by team Bluemetal will give you more or less constant access to all of your Facebook happenings. Whether you would like updates to appear on your home screen, lock screen or both, this little add-on is perfect for the people that simply cant get their fix by having to click inside the app.

This interesting package contains three separate widgets. Two of which are iterations meant for the home screen that vary in their size, and the third is the lock screen plugin. Users who prefer their updates be sent to the lock screen should be aware that the current setup does occupy the entire screen, so if you have a nice lock wallpaper that you would rather not lose, then you may want to switch to the home screen options instead.

Still, if all of these features sound like something you would like, it is available on Cydia for a cool ninety-nine cents. Just be sure you have Winterboard installed as well so that you can enable it through there. Happy Facebook creeping!

This is very cool. However, I don't use Facebook (much..My friends won't join me on twitter), is there any chance of a Twitter version? (:
