Apple Loses UK Battle Against Samsung On Tablets. Now What?

With Apple taking Samsung to court on practically everything (and winning most of them), you would think that it would be over. The Britain Court of Appeal doesn't think that Apple should be getting the better end of the deal, this time around. After previously ruling that Samsung does not infringe on Apple's patents with their Galaxy TAB lineup, the court has also ordered that Apple issue a public apology towards Samsung. That's only the beginning of the fun part. Along with that deal, Apple must publicly apologize to Samsung on their website and in the local newspapers. The apology must be drafted up in Arial with at least a font size of 14.

Now that the case is over, Apple can no longer pursue Samsung for patent infringement on the iPad unless they appeal to the Supreme Court. According to reports, they have already appealed to the Court of Appeal but the motion has been denied. Throughout the rest of the world however, the debacle between Apple and Samsung is still ongoing.
