Untethered Jailbreak Coming Soon For 5.1

All of the 5.1 jailbreak news has been juicy this month. pod2g got his iPhone 4 going with an untethered jailbreak and it looks as if that's just the primer.
A tweet was pushed out by the RedSn0w team that the untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.1 is expected to be released soon. Attached with the tweet is a screenshot of Cydia running on an iPad 2. Other tweets include links to Cydia running on the iPad 3 and iPhone 4S. It's only a matter of time before all devices are running untethered.
As always with news like this, don't be caught for those jailbreak scams. Jailbreaking will always remain free and a Google search will definitely prove that and point you in the right direction. If you paid for your jailbreak, fake or not, demand a refund and smacl the seller over the head.
With that being said, let the countdown(s) begin.

Is illegal to charge people for jailbraking ?? becasue here in Ecuador. There plenty of stores doing it. They charge 20$ and the unlock 30. Not only iphone but PS3, PSP, WII. well even selling pirate movies is legal they cost 1 dollar .. LOL. My Mom´s cousing is the vice president of Ecuador. NO LIE. so if it is iligal then i could speak to him and let him know so they be taking down.

I am just asking if you can still use a iphone 3G as a phone after you jailbreak and unlock it? Also , when you jailbreak the iphone , you can use any SIM on it, right? LIKE ROGERS/TELUS/BELL etc.. ??
