pod2g Gets Untethered Jailbreak Working On 5.1

With 3 exploits to level off the playing field, it was only a matter of time before the untethered jailbreak got going.

pod2g has been working hard to get an untethered jailbreak working on iOS 5.1. He already has everything to work a jailbreak the first time around and now with two more, it was only a matter of time. pod2g popped up on Twitter to let the world know that he has his iPhone 4 running an untethered jailbreak on 5.1

This is good news. Hopefully, a release is only a few days away. With a jailbroken device, you'll be able to install applications, tweaks and themes that you normally won't find in the Apple Store. With a decent set of stuff, you can turn your iDevice from plain jane to razzle dazzle.
