It hasn't been quite good PR for Apple regarding the numerous bugs that have been discovered in both iOS 6 and 6.1. To make it worse, yet another security related bug has surfaced and become known to the public. This bug affects the new Restriction settings introduced in iOS 6, where you can disable the ability to make changes to your account and the devices linked to it. As you may have guessed it, the bug allows you to go past that and not only make changes but also link the device to another iTunes account.
On top of that, the bug allows you to install unapproved apps that may have once been restricted by the setting. Apple has acknowledged this bug as well and will be addressing it in a future update. However, they have not given a timeframe on when that will occur. With two bugs affecting the security of devices, time should be of the essence for Apple. Hopefully between now and then, no other bugs will pop up and no unsuspecting users be affected.
