The time has finally come where T-Mobile announces that the iPhone will officially be joining their lineup of phones in the near future. After an analyst predicted last week that T-Mobile will be partnering up with Apple to make it happen, it will be happening. T-Mobile is the last of the "Big 4" carriers in the United States to tact on the iPhone. In the past however, T-Mobile has been welcoming of users who unlocked their iPhones from other carriers for use with T-Mobile. Although users were only able to enjoy call, sms and EDGE data, T-Mobile did not charge any additional fees. In fact, the company pushed towards better accommodating the iPhone such as refarming spectrums to allow for faster data speeds.
There has not been any official details regarding the release date or retail price of the iPhone on T-Mobile. When that does happen, you'll be sure to know. Is anyone else excited that the iPhone is coming to the last major carrier in the United States?
