Case Molds Appear For The iPhone 5 & iPad Mini

Following the news revolving around the iPhone 5 and the iPad Mini can be a challenge somewhat, especially when it comes down to sorting fact from rumor. It looks as if both are starting to take shape, now that case molds have surfaced for both devices. Take a look.

GottaBeMobile has obtained pictures of these case molds. For the iPad Mini, that one shows the new dock connector and speaker grille arrangement. They also have compared it to the iPad 3. With this comparison, I got to say that an iPad Mini does look like the way to go, if Apple is indeed going to push this out.

As for the iPhone 5, that mold shows the taller and thinner design that has popped up in the past. The case roughly measures 12 mm by 5.5 mm. Design wise, the mold show the speaker, home button, camera setup and the new back panel.

With these molds out and the end of the year approaching, we could start seeing everything come together. That iPhone 5 mold definitely looks interesting. You can check out what each looks like below.
