Apple Releases iTunes 10.2.1

Apple has released iTunes 10.2.1; this update includes support for iOS 4.3 and improves Home Sharing.
What's new in iTunes 10.2.1
  • Sync with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.3.
  • Improved Home Sharing. Browse and play from your iTunes libraries with Home Sharing on any iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.3.

iTunes 10.2 was released last Wednesday, presumably, an important bug was fixed.
You can update via Apple Software Update or at apple.com.
