The PlayStation Vita for many will be the perfect handheld console and in my opinion it delivers a far better user experience than the 3DS. When I got my 3DS, I paid around £230 for a system which had a very awful launch and what could be considered mediocre, predictable releases soon after. We're not here to compare these two consoles though.

Sony is no stranger to dictatorship over consumer rights; and the latest instalment of its questionable security measures is for the PlayStation Vita. Its only natural for companies to protect the system from hackers and that isnt frowned upon by hackers, in-fact; most developers understand or at least expect this.

The Games Industry: Piracy, Used Games and Countermeasures

The co-founder of Valve, Gabe Newell said a few months back that piracy could easily be avoided with top quality games. This is a pretty big statement from a pretty big man - No weight jokes here, sadly; I was referring to his impact on the game industry. All unintended jokes aside, the man does raise a great point indeed.

False Alarm: KaKaRoTo's Jailbreak Was Not Leaked

KaKaRoTo rarely ever blows his cool, but yesterday he did and with good reason. KaKaRoTo was gutted when he realised his jailbreak routine could have been leaked. He quickly began questioning several people including Matheiulh which eventually lead him to the conclusion that other people out there have genuinely figured out the same methods.

A Boy With A Cool Name Shows Off His Portal Bedroom

Jak & Daxter is one of my favorite franchises of all time - So it brings be great pleasure to announce that the trilogy may be heading to PlayStation 3 in the next year. Jak & Daxter was really one of those classic PS2 games which redefined platformers.

Sony Buys Out The Rest Of The Ericsson Partnership

Sony has announced that it plans to buy out Ericsson's 50 percent share after the epic partnership they two companies have had. The company aims to focus on Android devices so all of those non-smartphone Walkman phones will be gone but in its place, well likely see more PlayStation branded devices.
