There has been a lot attention towards the development and progress being made in porting PSP games and homebrew to the PS3 as of late.  But it’s not the only thing going on with PSP emulation and PPSSPP v0.7.5 is bringing the PSP games you love to a wide variety of portable devices.

CaptainCPS-X is working on a new version of his PS2CM that he plans on delivering to the homebrew community very soon. V1.03 of his PS2CM isn’t actually going to be PS2CM, it’s going to have a new name and new features that help explain its new “PS2 & PSP Minis Manager” name.

We here at DashHacks miss things from time to time and this is one of those times.  It would appear that in January a new homebrew game called StickMan Jump was unveiled for the PSP by developer PSGArsenal.

It seems like just the other day Iris Manager v2.25 was delivered to the PS3 homebrew scene… wait it was just the other day wasn’t it? Well it looks like the newest version if Iris Manager has been delivered by developers Estwald and D_Skywalk.

We got a message in our forums from Getsuga about this great new mod for the Minecraft port Multicraft.

Thanks to OUYA and their intent to keep the system as open to moding and hacking as possible they have gone the extra mile and gain a little press coverage by releasing a 3D model to make custom casings easy… if you have a 3D printer.

For those of you who have been living under a rock or at least living a life away from your computer allow me to fill you in on what’s going on. The scene has been revitalized with the release of a few different versions of similar tools that aim at giving back PS3 owners what Sony took away…

BwE NOR Validator has got some serious updates with the 1.09 version being released to fix the issues in its previous version.

It’s been quite a while since we’ve heard from ThatOtherDev outside of his usual work with Wii homebrew.  But we have good news because it appears that he’s back again with one of his titles being ported over to the PS3.

If you don’t have a PSP of your own but still want to play some Monster Hunter this might just be the thing you need to help you out. Jpcsp is now at r2979 and offers PC owners a chance to play some of the best PSP titles out there at 100% speed for most titles.

Once again the PRO team has delivered an update to their widely used Custom Firmware (CFW) bringing us now to PRO-C2.
